Benjamin Mercy, the lady who came to public attention after her Facebook post saying pastor W. F. Kumuyi of deeper life christian ministry ruined her childhood through his teachings has diverted her attacks to pastor David Oyedepo. Benjamin Mercy has through several Facebook posts criticize men of God. She has been giving many evidences to show that God does not exist. According to her, she is an unbeliever who does not believe in the existence of God.
This time around she extended her horizon of criticism to pastor David Oyedepo of Living faith church. On her Facebook wall, she posts "Oyedepo is very aggressive with the tithing palava. This covid _19 has crippled his account, he needs to urgently replenish. See his greedy gorimpapa head... Very very desperate pastor"

Mercy's criticism came after pastor David Oyedepo gave an advice on tithing. Yesterday Oyedepo tweeted "Tithing is an inescapable covenant obligation. Prosperity not just wealth is impossible without tithing, because when you are not paying your tithe you are under a financial curse"
