As Christians the World over mark the Celebration of Easter as a Symbol of Salvation in the resurrected Christ, Former MD/CEO NEXIM Bank, Chief Roberts Orya has joined the faithful to express the significance of the day in the lives of Christians urging them to be ' be Steadfast for Christ has Conquered '.
Chief Roberts Orya who himself is a devolt Catholic Christian Faithful has on behalf of his dear wife, Chief Mrs Mimidoo Orya and his entire family encouraged Christians to joy in the spirit of the Season as Christ is the ultimate hope of their liberation.
Chief Orya says the Passion/ Suffering, death and resurrection of the Living Christ reinforces the Salvation and total liberation of Christians through faith and firm belief in Jesus Christ as the 'Author and the Finisher of the Christian faith'.
He says that, though today's Christians have gone through acute trials, sufferings, ills, poverty, insecurity and severe pandemics including the COVID-19 virus and its attendant effect on humanity, it was only symbolic for Christians to note that through sustained prayers and perseverance of the faithful, Christ's resurrection would again entrench a new lease of life for all.
The 2023 Governorship hopeful therefore encourages Christians to be Steadfast even in the face of current challenges, knowing that God Himself remains Faithful to salvage and restore His People to a glorious and befitting status with selfless leaders to spearhead their destinies.
Chief Roberts Orya prays and wishes Christians a fulfilled Easter Celebration and God's blessings in rich measure.
