Why The Dead Economy Has Not Affected Our Church - Bishop Oyedepo Reveals

Bishop David Oyedepo, the General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide spoke on "Gateways To Financial Fortune 2" at Covenant Day of Favour Service, Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland, First Sunday Service.

According to him, the covenant of scriptures delivers under all circumstances, equal or unequal. That is why the truth of scripture beats every other form of knowledge. Every other form of knowledge requires certain conditions to be equal before they can deliver. They require certain conditions to be on key in line before they can deliver. The covenant of scripture delivers under all circumstances, equal or unequal. A biting economy cannot bring down a covenant practitioner.

He then revealed why the dead economy has not affected their church. He said, "A dead economy can not kill the financial fortune of a covenant practitioner. That is why it hasn’t affected your church forever in 42 years. You are not down because the economy is down, you are down because you have not aligned with the demands of the covenant of scripture. You get on key with it, it bows to you. Money failed back in Genesis so it is not new yet God’s people multiplied exceedingly in the midst of money failure (Genesis 47:15-27), how? The covenant has no respect for unequal circumstances.

He then said, "Serving God and the interest of His Kingdom with one’s God given financial resources is gateway to a world of financial fortune for any believer in season and out of season."
