In a recent Facebook post, Apostle Johnson Suleman, the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, shared a video message with the world.
It is reported that throughout his speech the cleric urged his audience to "listen very carefully!" You have to shut out the voices of the crowd if you don't want the Lord to keep putting you through new stages of development. When you are authentic and self-aware, you won't want to hurt anyone's feelings. It's not that you're trying to avoid hurting their feelings. But to have a positive impression of you.
He elaborated, saying, "If you think you're a good person, God will always punish you." As he continues, he says, "I usually like to make people happy, which is nice. However, not at your expense. According to Ephesians 6:6, it is evil to bring joy to others. Why? Because what you're doing is stereotypically referred to as pandering to guys.
He elaborated, saying, "My point is this! God calls on us to be modest. Yet not in the ways that men intend. Simply said, if you are sincere in your devotion to God, you will take your cues for action from him. And when you give your whole heart to God, you harm many men. But if you serve the Lord, He will protect you, rescue you, and free you from sickness, infertility, and difficulty. He will put an end to our ups and downs and the havoc our foes sow. To that end, let us worship Him. For this reason, Our Lord Jesus Christ has not abandoned me, as He promised.
