This Adhkar is full of praise and glorification of Allah, it's a prayer you must not miss out a day without saying it..
SubhanAllahi wa-bihamdih;
Aa'dada khal’qi;
Wa’rida nafsih;
Wa’zinata aa'rshih;
Wa’midada kalimatih.
Translation;
How perfect Allah is; and I praise Him by the number of His creation and His pleasure, and by the weight of His throne, and the ink of His words.
Benefits;
The recitation of the words quoted in this Hadith is highly meritorious and rewarding because they are full of Praise and Glorification of Allah.
Riyad-us-Saliheen 1433
Juwayriyah r.a narrated:
“The Prophet (Saw) left her house one morning when he prayed Fajr, and she was in her prayer place, then he came back after the forenoon and she was still sitting there.
He prophet (Saw) said:
“Are you still as you were when I left you?”.
She said: “Yes”.
The Prophet (Saw) said:
“After I left you, I said four words (ie: this Dua) three times, which if they were weighed against what you have said today, they would outweigh it”. Allahu akbar
