Today's Beautiful Hadith is about Souls
Narrated Abu Wail (RA): `Abdullah used to give a religious talk to the people on every Thursday. Once a man said, "O Aba `Abdur-Rahman! (By Allah) I wish if you could preach us daily."
He replied, "The only thing which prevents me from doing so, is that I hate to bore you, and no doubt I take care of you in preaching by selecting a suitable time just as the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to do with us, for fear of making us bored."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 1, Book 3, Hadith 12)
What a lovely reminder about etiquette. The art of speaking and knowing when to say something and when to be silent has been lost in modern times. This reminds us of the care and consideration the Prophet (SAW) had with his speech.
Beautiful Hadith is about Sitting
Tawus (RA) said: we asked Ibn ‘Abbas about sitting on heels between the two prostrations. He said: It is the sunnah. We said: We look upon it as a pressure on the foot. He said: This is the sunnah of your Prophet (peace be upon him).
(Sunan Abi Dawud, Book 2, Hadith 455)
Every action has an example and how to pray is prescribed perfectly. Sitting between sujoods has a certain way with the positioning of the feet, the same way Wudu has a specific way of being performed.
We are truly blessed for the detailed instructions left behind for us to follow so we may praise our Creator as we are meant too. May Allah (swt) bless all your limbs as they worship Him.
Thank you reading and have a blessed day, say Alhamdulillah and share it to others before you leave and gain some rewards!
Love & Duas.
