Just an Hour Ago, Nigerian Singer And Songwriter Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel popularly known by his stage name as Mayorkun shared a very controversial statement on his Facebook which can be deemed as very hilarious and also a bit true in its own way. He said, and I quote, “Wedding dey sweet, na marriage I no sure”.

￼A few weeks ago, he shared another controversial on his Instagram Story advising people on how to succeed in life. According to him, he advised people to enjoy their youths but save for retirements. That possessing a bad character will eventually reveal itself, and further said that family can let a person down and friends are the worst”.
Ever since he got signed to Davido's Music label in 2016, Mayorkun has proven that he is one of the greatest talents that has never been seen in the Nigerian Music Industry in the last decade. In fact the video of the first song he ever released under Davido's label gathered 1 million views in Ten days.
He has also been making his boss Davido proud with many of hit singles and collaborations with many artistes in Nigeria. He has won many awards in his five years career including headies in which he has won three times.
