The separation of the union was made by a Customary Court in Igando, Lagos state on wednesday, July 28th. According to the president of the court Mr Adeniyi Koledoye, the husband whom he identified as Mojidi had continuously been demanding for divorce despite several interventions by the Court.
“The court hereby pronounces the marriage between Mr Mojidi Osho and Mrs Tolu Osho dissolved today. Both of you henceforth cease to be husband and wife." The statement read.
However, Tolu explained that she started denying her husband sex after she noticed he was having affairs outside their marriage. The woman who is a mother of 10 added that Mr Mojidi was only looking for excuses to divorce her just as he earlier did to his other wife.
“He is just looking for excuses to discard me; he came to this court to divorce his second wife, now he wants to also divorce me so that he can marry a new wife, But I never wish for our divorce because I still love him." She exclaimed.
