Please Don't Marry That Guy/Girl If They Don't Know This 3 Important People
Dear singles, can I get your attention?
Before agreeing to walk the aisle with any guy or lady, you have to make sure they know these three particular set of people.
If they don't know them, please don't marry them.
These three is not optional but mandatory. They just have to meet them they've got no choice.
1. HE/SHE SHOULD KNOW YOUR PEOPLE :
People here means your parents, your spiritual leaders, your siblings, your family members, those close to you.
They must know your origin since you didn't fall from the sky. If they are not ready to meet your people, do not waste your time with them. If they are always avoiding meeting your people they are not meant for you. If they are asking you to keep the relationship a secret please, the handwriting is clear, let them go.
YOUR PEOPLE MUST KNOW WHO YOU ARE GOING OUT WITH.
2. KNOW YOU AS YOU, NO PRETENCE:
This is very important. You shouldn't fake your life because of anyone. Be you! Very important. Be you doesn't mean am supporting bad attitude , if you've got any bad attitude, you better change.
Be your real self. Let them know your weakness, don't hide it.
It's not a big deal if you let them know your lapses and willingness to Improve. Be transparent enough. And please, make sure they accept you with love and help you overcome your weaknesses.
If they cannot condone your weakness, don't force them to stay. Someone is going to appreciate you and correct you with love. If you can wait for them.
However, you've got to work on yourself too. But the truth remains that do not pretend to be who you are not.
YOU CANNOT PRETEND FOREVER SO DON'T FAKE YOUR LIFE
3. THEY MUST KNOW GOD:
Listen, not just knowing God but knowing God the way you know God. If you know God through our Lord Jesus Christ so also whoever you intend to marry should also know him. If they know God through another means, it's going to lead to religion crises in the home.
Secondly, if you both know God through the same channel, make sure they share the same faith with you. If you are fervent in the spirit, please do not go for someone who is too cold in the spirit. There has to be some balances.
Even if you are the one God is going to use to build them up spiritually there has to be some commitments and willingness from their side. They must ready to submit to mentorship or grooming. They shouldn't have problem with praying, fasting or studying the Bible with you. This is very important please.
If they are not concerned about spiritual matters or kingdom matters and it happens to be your own priority there will be lapses. You must share the same passion and zeal towards the gospel.
PLEASE IF YOUR FIANCE OR FIANCEE DOES NOT KNOW ANYBODY MAKE SURE THEY KNOW GOD. if they don't know God, it's a zero zero. No way!
If they will know God later how about they know Him now.
