We live in a world where everyone wants to make an impact and remain relevant in one way or the other. Some have thought that having wealth and riches equals being popular and impactful, especially because wealth and riches have a way of raising one ahead of other people, who seem not to be wealthy. However, a popular figure in Nigeria has given a worthy opinion about what truly makes a man popular.
The popular Nigerian pastor and Human Rights Activist, Reno Omokri, took to his official Twitter handle @renoomokri to dish out words of wisdom on what it takes to be truly and undeniably popular. In his tweet, Reno Omokri wrote:
"If you want to be popular, then do your best to be wealthy and use your wealth to impact people. Having money and flaunting it can make you famous (well known). It cants make you popular (well-liked). Flaunting breeds envy. Help people breeds love "
According to Reno Omokri, if a man must be truly popular then he must do two things:
1. He must be wealthy
2. He must use his wealth to impact people's lives.
The comments people made to Omokri's post-show that they support his opinion on the issue of what true popularity is all about. Here are a few comments below
