Three Bad Habits That Can Decrease A Man's Fertility Level

The importance of infertility cannot be overstated. It is a big issue in most relationships for this reason. Some relationships have fallen apart because the husband or wife is infertile, or the woman is unable to conceive after years of being married.

In this article, we'll look at some of the habits that can lead to infertility in men, or, to put it another way, decrease a man's fertility. But, before we get into the crux of this article, let's take a closer look at what it entails to be infertile as a man.

What Is Male Infertility?

When a man is unable to generate mature sperm cells capable of fertilizing a lady's eggs, he is said to be infertility.

What are some of the habits that can affect a man's fertility?

1. Heavy smoking; If you are the type of person who always smokes cigarettes, you may have difficulty conceiving a woman since smoking has a damaging effect on sperm cells.

2. Excessive Alcohol Consumption; Light or modest alcohol consumption will have no effect on your fertility, but if you consume lots of alcohol, you will be causing complications for yourself. It is typically recommended that couples who desire to have a child abstain totally from alcohol.

3. Using lubricants during intimacy is another bad habit that can harm you as a man. Though more research is being conducted on this topic, experts urge men to avoid using lubricants during intercourse, but if they must be used, make sure they are fertility friendly.
