Have you ever had your heart broken before? Maybe, someone, you love betrayed you and didn't even give any explanation why he or she did it to you. It could even be that you've been left by an old lover or your partner ended your relationship abruptly without giving any reason whatsoever. This and lots more have happened to people, some have reacted wrongly to experiences like this, some even internalized it and enter into depression when they didn't know the best way to handle it. Maybe this is even what you're passing through currently, your heart has been broken and you don't know how to handle the situation, how to cope with such negative emotions. It is because of all of these that I've written this article, to enlighten you on the best ways you can deal with heartbreak without any negative resultant effect.

In this article, I will be showing you three way you can deal with heartbreak.


1. Find an activity you're interested in

This is the first way you can deal with heartbreak, you need to channel that energy into something else that's meaningful and profitable. The energy that you used to put into the relationship that you just lost, you need to channel it towards an activity that you love that can replace the pleasant emotions you used to have when you were still in that relationship. This exactly is the first process of healing, if you get it right here, you won't have much problem moving forward.


2. Talk to someone

This is another thing you need to do to deal with heartbreak, you need to pour out your grievances to someone that would listen, someone that would hear you out without any sense of judgement, someone that cares about your mental health, not just someone that derives pleasure in giving advice. You may need to sign up for a therapy session to have a better result, maybe find a psychologist in your locality that could be of help.


3. Work on yourself

Lastly, you need to be a better version of yourself, as you move forward from the heartbreak, you need to work on yourself and become better than you were before. You need to improve yourself and put yourself in a position where you won't attract people like your past lover, but better people who would treat you right, those who wouldn't break your heart again
