A healthy marriage is one in which both spouses' devotion and attachment are strong enough to overcome any disagreements that may occur during the course of the relationship.

There are some beneficial habits you may incorporate into your marriage that can strengthen your closeness with your mate every day. However, your marriage will benefit greatly from these 7 morning activities.

1. TELL EACH OTHER "GOOD MORNING"

When you wake up, always say "good morning" to each other. As insignificant as it may appear, it is actually a healthy mode of communication. This small touch removes loneliness and creates a sense of belonging and care.

2. GET TOGETHER TO PREPARE FOR WORK

Your marriage will go a long way if you can both find a way to spend your mornings together and become more involved in each other's life.

3. COMMEND EACH OTHER

Learn to say something pleasant to each other every morning and before leaving the house.

4.COME UP WITH A JOKE

I understand how important your life might be, but don't get too worked up over it. Make jokes at each other's expense and try to tease each other. It's best if you're not too serious.
