1. Relationship that wreaks havoc on your mental health:

In any relationship, your mental health should be very important to you. Do you feel stressed by your partner? Do their words always make you feel inadequate or defeated? Are they appreciative of what you bring to the table?

If your answers to the above questions are positive, you need to reexamine your relationship. Any relationship that takes away your peace of mind is not worth the trouble.

2. Isn’t really into you:

If they keep saying that they love you but their actions speak otherwise, then steer clear of these individuals. It shouldn’t only be love in the relationship, but trust, support, and understanding should also be considered. If your partner doesn’t understand when you need help and is busy being absorbed in other things, then it’s time to leave them.

3. Physical and emotionally abusive relationship:

An abusive partner might use mean words, threats, or shaming. They might act with jealousy or controlling behavior. Or with physical or sexual violence.

If you're hoping your abusive partner will change, you are digging your downfall gradually. The abuse will probably keep happening. That is why you need to quit the relationship as soon as possible.
