Taking alot of alcoholic beverages before copulation, you may find it much harder to become aroused and also taking too much can make you dehydrated and cause problems while copulating.

2. Saturated Fats - foods that are high in fatty beef and butter may also affect your blood circulation in the long run. If you are in the habit of eating saturated fats such as fatty meats, then you should consider cutting down on them so blood flow to your organs don't reduce. In the short term too, eating fatty dishes may also be a turn off for your partner in the sense that it can lead to an unpleasant body odour.
