Meet the 16-years old girl identified as Stephanie Nwankwo who boldly stood up to announce to her mother the a beautiful but deadly news of her having a boyfriend. For example, a 16 years old white kid can tell their parents they now have a girlfriend or boyfriend but in Africa, Nigeria you dare not try it.
While the mother was washing plates, 16 years old Stephanie walked up to her and told her she now have a boyfriend and the mother who was still in disbelief stopped and started looking at her. The look on her mother's face after she told her she now has a boyfriend says it all about having young relationship in Nigeria. She thought it was just a joke but she kept saying it with seriousness and she had to call her father to come and hear what her daughter was saying.
The father who came immediately wasn't happy as well and adviced her to face her studies and achieve something in life first before she start having anything to do with love.
