At one point or the other in life, some people unfortunately commit a crime which eventually see them end up in prison. A prison is a correctional facility where criminals convicted of heinous crimes are kept for rehabilitation, give them enough time for sober reflections and also keep them away from the society in order to prevent them from committing more crimes.
Ackquille Jean Pollard who is popularly known as Bobby Shmurda is an American rapper and songwriter. He was born on August 4, 1994 and he is currently 26 years old. In 2014, he was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and possession of weapons. In 2016, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment but it was reduced to 5 years after consideration of the 2 years he spent awaiting trial.
In 2017 while still in prison, he was caught trying to smuggle a knife into prison and he sentenced to another 4 years in prison which is to run concurrently with the initial 7 years sentence.
On February 23, 2021, Bobby Shmurda was released from prison on parole and in a recent video, he was seen in a night club. While he was at the club having fun, a lady offered him some alcohol but he refused the drink, he told the lady that he is comfortable with the water he is drinking.
This video however made people react as they commended him for not wanting to do anything to violate his parole and end up back in prison.
Dear reader, do you think a simple sip of alcohol can make a person on parole end up back in prison?
