When you talk about the construction of infrastructure facilities by the government, give it to this government led by President Muhammadu Buhari. It is with no doubt that every State in Nigeria has been blessed with one or two infrastructure facilities that are world-class and can compete with other facilities found around the world.
President Muhammadu Buhari has constructed roads, railways, airports, and ports to ease the movement of Nigerians from one place to another. The larger percentage of bad roads in Nigeria are being reconstructed by the present administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari. And no region or zone in Nigeria will be marginalized in these giant strides embarked upon by this regime.
To put things into perspective, following the sudden collapse of a portion of the Onitsha - Owerri (Obosi) road in Southeastern Nigeria just a few months ago, the Buhari administration has already embarked on the rehabilitation of the road with work going on at the required momentum.
The road's rehabilitation project, which commenced in September this year (2021) is already on course to be completed and reopened to travelers in December 2021, and as of now, the project has created several jobs for residents of the areas along the line of construction, which makes it economically beneficial. Of course, after the completion of the road project, Nigerians will be able to move without hindrances from one location to another.
