The woman who led a notorious criminal group has been arrested in Kano state.

Actually, Kano State is a state located in northern Nigeria. Kano was created from part of the Northern Region. It borders Katsina State to the northwest, Jigawa State to the northeast, Bauchi State to the southeast and Kaduna State to the southwest.

Just recently, a Muslim woman was arrested alongside a young man by members of the Nigeria Police Force in Kano state.

According to the statement made by police spokesperson, Haruna Abdullahi, the suspects were specialize in car snatching. They were caught driving a car in Kano state.

The 47 year old woman, Hauwa Mustapha is reportedly the leader of the notorious criminal group. She was apprehended alongside a 28 year old Auwalu Ibrahim.

This is indeed a great achievement made by members of the Nigeria Police Force, Kano state.

This is according to a popular Nigerian newspaper with the name 'Sahara Reporters'.
