According to a report by Sahara Reporters, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested Instagram comedian and social media influencer, Nwagbo Oliver Chidera, popularly known as Pankeeroy. The comedian was arrested alongside 34 other people over alleged involvement in computer-related fraud.
The report revealed that they were caught at their hideout in James Court, Lekki,Lagos State, following a tip-off.
The statement by the police further alledged that Pankeeroy claimed to have gone into Bitcoin after suffering from depression. Adding that he has been showcasing himself as a vendor who redeems Bitcoin vouchers.
