"I lost 4 Kids and Husband, I Trekked for Hours in Forest During Igangan Clash" - Victim Narrates

Aishatu Saado, a Fulani woman has narrated how she lost four children and her husband, Alhaji Saado after Igangan mayhem that happened in Oyo State few months ago.

The widow She spoke with BBC News Yoruba. She said her family trekked from Igangan to Igboora for hours in forest.

While speaking with BBC News Yoruba, she gave the names of her children killed unknown assailants as Biodun, Sherif and Akibu. She added that her grandson and husband, Alhaji Saado.

She lamented that her family slept for 5 days in forest without knowing what was going on in city.

"We don't have cattle, we only rear goat and ram. My husband is an Alfa. They villagers accused my husband of being a traitor, he was made to take ritual oath to be sure he was not a traitor".

"Six months after he took the ritual oath, nothing happened. Unknown assailants burnt our car and house.. While I was trying to rescue the children they killed all of them too". 

Madam Aishatu Saado said she is the only one remain in her family after the attack.
