Herdsmen killed two farmers in a clash at Ekiti.
Clashes between herdsmen and farmers in Ikole Local Government Area of Ekiti State resulted to the killing of at least two farmers.
The result of the clash was after farmers complained about the invasion of their farm lands by herders which happen in Isaba community.
According to the police spokesperson in Ekiti state by name Sunday Abutu, he revealed that before they could get to the location two farmers were already killed and they're still investigating on the issue.
Troops rescue 10 expatriates, four Nigerians kidnapped by pirates.
Nigerian Army, are trying their best to end bandits in our country, recently, troops from 6 division rescued 10 expatriate workers and four Nigerians that was kidnapped by sea pirates of the coast of Gabon.
The Nigerian army spokesman by name Brig.Gen. Mohammed Yerima, revealed that the operation was carried out without casualties.
The spokesman also appreciated the effort of the gallant troops for a successful accomplishment of mission without casualties, they further they further promised residents that soon they will eradicate criminal activities in the state assuring them safety in the community.
