Sad reports coming in from Niger State has it that a 24-year-old woman has beaten his co-wife to death and went ahead to set the dead body ablaze along with their husband's house.
The woman, Aminu Aliyu who is the first wife pounced on her husband's second wife Fatima, hit her with pestle and after burnt her lifeless body. The deceased, Fatima Aliyu got wedded to Alhaji Aliyu Abdullahi (their husband) seven weeks ago, and reports has it that there'd been some squabble between Fatima and her senior.
Aminu was eventually picked up by men of the Nigerian Police Force at the house alongside the exhibit (pestle) with which she used to gruesomely murder her Fatima. The Police has promised to take her to court as soon as all necessary investigations is concluded.
As soon as the news hit the media space, many people has reacted in their own capacity. But one thing every comment had in common was the support for life imprisonment for the killer. See some of the reactions below.
