Man escapes death as a tipper racing on top speed runs into a Mercedes at Eliozu Junction, Port Harcourt in Rivers State.
Report has it that, the driver of the tipper was out of control after one of the traffic warden that is controlling the Eliozu junction surdenly stopped his lane.
It was reported that the tipper driver, who was already out of control pushed a man who appears to be in his early 60s into the gutter where he sustained head injuries.
The tipper also damaged the back bumper of Mercedes Benz that was before him beyond repair.
The driver of the tipper has however been moved to the police station while the Injured man is currently receiving treatment.
Those that are at the back seat of the Benz are also receiving treatment.
The accident may be caused by lack of concentration on the side of the tipper driver.
