Officials of kano police force under the sharia law system known as (Hisbah), on Friday 27 november reportedly conducted a door to door search at Hills and valley, A popular holiday and relaxation resort located at Dawakin kudu, kano state.

The officials arrived at resort and instructed the staff of the resort to take them round all the facilities In the resort , claiming they are In search of sinners .
This agency was established to enforce the Sharia law system in some northern states and their aim is to restore peace and harmony, in the region .
Recall they banned the intake of alcohol , and allegedly destroyed over #200million worth of beer bottles, they also began demolisi
on of beer parlors in the region, claiming that the consumption of alcohol can alter the ones behaviour and make them do things against the teachings of Islam
Recently they banned stylish hair cuts , sagging trousers ,playing of music at social events by disc jockeys, and also seized tricycle from riders who decorated them with pictures considered to be obscene and against the tenents of Islam.
