It is a sad day today as the people of Borno state lost their dearest father and leader Shehu of Dikwa.
His death was known to the public when a northerner tweeted
Inalillahi Wa'inna ilaihir-raji'un.
It's with deepest sympathy and regret to announce the death of Shehu of Dikwa Alhaji Mohammed ibn Masta II elkenami, funeral prayer by 5pm today.
May the Almighty Allah have mercy on him and make Jannatul firdausi be his final home.
The late Alhaji Abba Tor Shehu Masta II was appointed by the Former Govenor Ali Modu Sheriff towards to end of his second tenure in March 2010 as Shehu of the newly created Dikwa Emirate.
