Nigeria has been plagued with insecurity of recent as bandits, kidnappers and armed robbers are giving citizens nightmare. Recently, a CCTV footage captured the faces of some armed robbers after they robbed a hotel in Abuja in November, 2020. All efforts made by the Police Force to apprehend these criminals have turned abortive.

However, the Nigerian Police Force has placed a price of 10 million naira to any person that can give meaningful information that will lead to the arrest of these criminals. This information was shared by the Nigerian Police via their Twitter handle.

From the reactions of many Nigerians, it is obvious that citizens are more concerned with ending banditry than hunting for armed robbers. It should be recalled that bandits held a meeting with Sheikh Gumi yesterday in Zamfara without the Police nor Military seeking their arrest.
