Davido has broken his silence on the death of his personal photographer Fortunate Ateumunname, better known as Fortune, who died on Tuesday.

It was gathered that the photographer, 24, drowned at a photo-shoot location in Lagos.

Davido shared a tribute to Fortune on Saturday on his Instagram page. He said the late photographer went from being a complete stranger to one of his most closest confidants.

Bandits have killed two persons and abducted an Arabic and Islamic studies teacher in Kuregu community in Zaria Local Government of Kaduna State.

A resident of Kuregu community, who craved for anonymity told Daily Trust that the two persons killed were members of the community.

The President arrived the United States last Sunday ahead of the 76th United Nations General Assembly, held at the world body’s headquarters.

The abductors were said to have stormed the premises of a filling station situated at Oko junction shooting sporadically into the air before they whisked away the victims.

It was gathered that the woman was the wife of the owner of the filing station who has a shop around the area.

“The incident occurred around 7pm and stray bullets from the gunshots hit two commercial motorcycle riders in the process.
