It was learnt that the people can no longer visit the forests as they have been taken over by gunmen.
A resident explained that after Amotekun arrested three (3) Fulani Herdsmen, the local security officers were ambushed and two killed while the other is still missing.
We learnt that if not for the intervention of a former SA to the Governor, the corpse of one of those killed by Fulani Herdsmen men will still be left in the forest.
The family of those killed by the Fulani Herdsmen were abandoned but the Olowo of Owo sent his chiefs to pay them a condolence visit.
