It is not uncommon to find road users especially in Nigeria, who do not understand the laws governing the road. Zebra crossing is an area marked and indicating that vehicles must stop for pedestrians to walk through. Unfortunately enough, many road users don't know about this, and even those that know, seem to be impatient to keep this rule.
A social media user whose photograph appears above and username identified as Aproko Doctor, has revealed that he stopped at a zebra crossing for a lady to cross with her friends, and behold an impatient bike man, rushed and knocked her down. He said that although she sustain injuries but she's fine. According to him, it very difficult to maintain law and order in a country where citizens don't even understand what it means.
