NDLEA Has Arrested A Man Who Concealed Drugs In Tea Tins At Abuja Airport

It is the National Drugs Law And Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has the statutory duty to prevent illicit trading of illicit drugs in Nigeria. In line with the agency duty it has a named Okojie James from Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State in Abuja Airport.

Mr. Okojie James said was into indomie and shawarma business before he was called to come to Cyprus to study by Elvis. It is Elvis that said that he had gotten admission for him there . That's how he left his business.

While going back to Cyprus the sister of Elvis sent him a bournvita tea tins to give her husband Elvis. The sister sent the teas through big Joe transport company motors. According to him it is Elvis who is a resident of Cyprus that begged him to collect it from her sister for him while returning from Nigeria.

While the he was Abuja Airport to board Turkish airlines flight enroute Abuja-Istanbul - Cyprus. They found on him the drugs concealed in tea tins to avoid being detected. Unfortunately for him he was caught. The drugs are 1.549kg of cannabis sativa, 223. 80 grams of tramadol, 192.34 grams of Rohypnol, 214.05 grams of Flunitrazepam.
