By Fidelis Onakpoma

The Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor on Youth Development, Chief Emuoboh Gbagi has decried the gross abuse of licit and illicit drugs which has become somehow tolerated in our society.

The SA submitted during a round-table consultation with him on Wednesday 5th, 2021 by the executive of Wisdom Class Organization and the Special Monitoring Mission of the International Human Rights Commission Niger Delta in Delta, emphasizing that combined efforts are needed to combating drug abuse.

He maintained that young people are increasingly addicted to substance abuse thus bringing personal adversities to their lives and careers.

Wisdom Class Organization is a leading Youth- based organization domiciled in Delsu championing drug abuse campaigns, suicide prevention, youth mentorship, and advancing behavioral change of young people.
