Bad people are everywhere this days,they are so wicked that they don't care about their fellow human beings. The man in this article looked like a person that has a good job , who would have thought that is not case, there is no way for you to suspect that he does an illegal business. 300 youths experienced his bad doings. that is is 300 innocent youths who didn't know any better.
What is this world turning into, human beings don't care about each other anymore, they love to show them wicked instead of kindness. every day we wake up to hear bad news happening around us and most of them are crime news.
According to reports from Zambia Reports, the man is a scammer, A former Zambia National Service major and ex police officer whose name is John Mutale have been arrested in Kabwe for swindling over three hundred youths who were seeking recruitment into the service.
Zambia Reports also reported that he made the youths pay amounts of money and he promised them they will be helped to get recruitment into the Zambia National Service and police in the last recruitment exercise, but he didn't recruit any of the youths that paid him for recruitment.
