The father, Isa Bola Bakare, and his son, Malik Giles Bakare were arrested for fraudulent activities which involves collecting money under false pretence and retention of proceeds of unlawful activities.
During preliminary investigation, the father appeared at the EFCC to claim the N46 million Range Rover SUV recovered from Malik.
Malik's father was apprehended by the police after failing to provide a "satisfactory answer" for how he acquired the vehicle.
Items confiscated from the both the father and his son are: 1 iPhone 12 Pro Max, 1 iPhone 8 and other items which the EFCC said is incriminating.
