Mr Kayode Odukoya the managing director of First Nation Airways limited has been re-arraigned to the court of law by the Economic Commission and Financial Crime (EFCC) today.
Mr Kayode Odukoya was dragged to court by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) over 2.1 billion Naira fraud, he was presented at the Ikeja special offence court on a seven-count charge,
Remember the crime agency had also arraigned Mr Kayode Odukoya on march 15 2018 for defrauding Skye bank which is now known as Polaris bank a sum of 2.1 billion naira through obtaining credit facility before been plead not guilty.


Mr Odukoya has been charged with so many fraud cases.
On Monday the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have re-arrainged Mr Kayode Odukoya on a seven-count charge on forgery, perjury, use of the false document, obtaining credit by fraud and stealing.
