A Nigerian Doctor has advised everyone to iron his or her clothes before wearing them.
Most of the diseases man suffer, is caused by man's carelessness. If a man can sit up and take adequate care of his environment, food, wears, etc, most of the infections that are ravaging mankind will be brought under control.
Man is not the only living thing occupying the earth planet, other creatures are existing to fulfil their ecological assignments. And flies happens to be one of them.
Flies can be seen everywhere around us and they carry many diseases from place to place.
Apart from Salmonellosis, Tuberculosis, Typhoid fever, Cholera, Conjunctivitis, Dysentery and Gastroenteritis, the Doctor has disclosed that flies can also cause 'Myiasis.
He said that Myiasis is caused by wearing a cloth flies lay their eggs on. Adding that when the eggs hatch into maggots, they burrow into one's skin.
And to avoid this disease, the Doctor warned that you should iron your clothes before you wear them.
According to his words on his official Twitter handle, First Doctor or @firstdoctorr, he wrote, "Iron your clothes before wearing them.
"Some flies like human botfly, tumbu fly and drain fly lay eggs on damp clothes.
"The eggs then hatch into larvae (maggots) and burrow under your skin when you wear the clothes. This condition is known as myiasis".
