Bandits kill Pastor’s son, abduct 3 others in Kaduna.

Gunmen suspected to be bandits have killed the son of a village pastor and abducted his wife in Kaduna State.

Journalists were told on phone that the bandits attacked Karimbu-Kahugu Community in the Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna State on Friday morning.

A Baptist resident pastor’s son was killed. They also took away the wife and three others,” a source said. Although the spokesman of the Police in Kaduna could not be reached for comments, Vice Chairman of Kahugu National Development Associations, Peter Mukaddas, said they are mourning the deceased.

According to him,the bandits moved straight to the pastor’s House when they raided the community and committed the dastardly act.

APC, PDP must not underestimate Labour Party in 5 states - Primate Ayodele.

The Leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has warned the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) against losing to the Labour party in the governorship elections.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele said the APC and PDP in Abia, Cross River, Delta, Akwa-Ibom, and Enugu should not underestimate the candidates of the Labour party because they will shake them.

He noted that all the Labour party candidates need is to put in more effort in order to shake the political status quo in these states.

The Forum of APC Former Governors has congratulated the President-elect, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, on his electoral victory at the just-concluded presidential election.

The Forum, in a statement signed by a former governor of Yobe State, Senator Bukar Abba Ibrahim, who is the convener and chairman of the group, said the process and the outcome of the exercise validated “the fundamental principles of democracy: the right to choose.”

It also called on Nigerians to accept the olive branch extended to gladiators from other political divides by Tinubu in the interest of peace and development.
