Sad: Herdsmen Nightmare continue as Two Amotekun Personnel Were Killed In An Ambush

The problem of insecurity has been a major challenge in Nigeria for over a decade. No wonder the country is rated among the least livable city in the world. However, this was one of the few reasons the nation is plummeting.

At about 2 am, two personnel of the Ondo State Security Network, popularly known as Amotekun Corps were killed by suspected herdsmen. It was reported that the gunmen laid an ambush for the two personnel who were on a rescue mission to save a farmer, identified as Lekan.

Sadly, the abducted man was killed before he could get help while losing his two hands in the horrific incident.

It is now obvious that nowhere is safe in the country even the safest house could be a hideout for killers.

Is there a way out from these sad, reoccurring events happening in the country? We sympathize with the families of the deceased, and hope that the culprits or bandits will be surely prosecuted.
