Chike's Death: I'm Not A Harlot But Journalist, Don't Call Me Demeaning Names- Kemi Olunloyo To IPOB

Doctor Kemi Omololu Olunloyo, one of Nigeria's finest female investigative journalists has told members of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) that she is neither a harlot nor a prostitute as speculated.

Dr. Kemi made the statement on her verified Facebook page some hours ago in response to reactions of some suspected members of IPOB to her earlier report of the death of Dr. Chike Akunyili, the husband to late Professor Dora Akunyili.

In the earlier report, Dr. Kemi disclosed that Dr. Chike was killed by suspected members of IPOB as reported by Cyril, a junior brother to the deceased but that report seems not to have gone down well with members of IPOB who called her different unprintable names on her social media handles.

In her response, Dr. Kemi made it clear that the habit of referring to every strong woman such as herself as a harlot or a prostitute must stop. She said the majority of those who always make that claim are "people that were made in a factory".

Recall that in the early hours of Wednesday the news of Dr. Chike's death took many Nigerians by surprise. It was reported that he was killed by suspected IPOB/ESN members yesterday in Anambra state.
