The incident happened on the 12th of October. The father of the girl was accused of mobilizing the two other suspects and invading the school with an unregistered vehicle armed with brand new cutlass and threatening to hack the teacher who was accused of beating his 15-year-old daughter.
According to reports, while the teacher was teaching, some of the students including the daughter of the suspect were mocking the teacher and distracting other students.
This triggered the teacher and caused him to flog then as a corrective measure. However, the suspect's daughter reported the incident to her father when she got home who then mobilized two thugs and stormed the school with cutlasses.
The state Commissioner of police has ordered that the suspects be properly investigated and charged to court as soon as possible.
