The unlawful activities of ESN (Eastern Security Network) members and Unknown Gunmen have raised a lot of tension within Anambra State. It's important to recall that the Nigerian police accused these ESN members and Unknown Gunmen of attacking various police stations and government facilities in the Southeastern States.

The Unknown gunmen and ESN members have equally attacked and killed some prominent leaders (Including Dr Chike Akunyili) in the Southeast region.

Also, Anambra state is among the Southeastern states that is heavily affected by the unlawful activities of these ESN and unknown gunmen. A lot of people have asked the state government in Anambra to tackle these criminals and end their illegal activities within the state.
However, the newly elected Governor of Anambra State (Professor Chukwuma Soludo) will soon take over the affairs of the state from Willie Obiano and there is need for him to quickly tackle the unlawful activities of these ESN members and Unknown Gunmen.

I believe that Soludo should quickly tackle and end the activities of these ESN members in order to maintain political and social stability during his tenure as the governor of Anambra State. This political and social stability will equally help him to develop other sectors of the economy without being distracted.
Also, Soludo should end the illegal activities of ESN members and Unknown Gunmen (UGM) in order to attract more investors and businessmen into Anambra state. This is because the attacks carried out by these ESN members and Unknown Gunmen are chasing away investors from coming into the state.
Therefore, I believe that Soludo's tenure as the governor will be more successful if he quickly tackles and end the unlawful activities of ESN members and other criminals in the state.
