The Nigerian Army has once more spoken. This time around the Army spoke directly to the residents of Benue State. The message came hours after 11 soldiers reportedly were killed by gunmen. While speaking, the Nigerian Army made it known to the residents of Benue State that they should reveal the unknown gunmen who killed 11 Soldiers yesterday.
It was on the news yesterday that some unknown gunmen ambushed some Nigerian Soldiers and killed 11 Soldiers on the process. After the attack, the men of the Nigerian Army invaded some villages in the council and killed lots of villagers and burnt down houses, including the house of the traditional ruler of the community.
This is really bad and unfortunate. How can the Army invade villages and start killing innocent people just because some men killed military men? It's the work of the military to conduct investigation and know the people that are behind it. These are innocent people that did nothing. The bloodshed in this country is something else. May God have mercy on our country Nigeria.
