A lady identified on Twitter as Malanini, has cried out to Nigerians saying that she needs help as her father has been unlawfully imprisoned by Ned Nwoko

On May 15, 2020, the young lady published a video seeking help from Nigerians as her father has been imprisoned unlawfully detained by the Nigerian Lawyer.

She said that Ned Nwoko imprisoned her father over a murder allegation that happened in 2017. She also added that the Nigerian entrepreneur has been opressing her family with his money and that he has illegally jailed many people for crimes their knew nothing about.

"Ned Nwoko you used your money to illegally jail my father, deny it, somebody please help us. Sometime in 2017, Ned Nwoko instigated a crisis in Idumuje Ugboko Community in Delta State, as a result of the community's firm refusal to give him additional 90 hectares of land, having mismanaged the over hectares earlier giving to him. In the ensuing crisis, it was alleged that one Cyprian Kumaorun was killed. While this was ongoing, my Father Mr. Okey Ifejoku was several kilometres away in Asaba. He was neither present at the scene of the crisis nor participated in any alleged fight.By virtue of Mr. Okey Ifejoku's (My father) position as the President of the Idumuje Ugboko Development Union, he has born the greatest oppression from Ned Nwoko.Ned Nwoko has unlawfully used the instruments of state, particularly the Nigeria police in Delta State and Abuja, to oppress the helpless members of Idumuje-Ugboko Community. #Nednwokostoptheintimidation," she penned.
