The rising spate of attacks by bandits continues to heighten every day as their numbers keep increasing day by day. Their mindless attacks and terror unleashed on people are becoming worrisome. Banditry has become a flood sweeping away the Northern parts of Nigeria. People are living in fear. Economic activities, schools, and businesses are on the brink of collapse because of activities of these criminal elements.
According to a report on Daily Trust, Bandits have attacked another village in Tangaza Local Government Area of Sokoto State, killing six people. The bandits stormed the village in the early hours of the morning on Sunday when most of the men have left hunting in the bush. They killed two women and slaughtered four young adults. The residents of the area revealed to the Daily Trust reporter that they don't know if the attack today was in connection with the killing of 13 bandits in the village on Saturday.
