A man has recently gone viral on the internet after his reaction to a thief who stole his electric cable worth over N70,000.
Instead of reporting the case to the police, for immediate prosecution, the owner was seen praying for him instead. He told him how he has forgiven him, and asked him to go home. He also urged him never to steal anymore.
This has then generated reactions from various social media users who commended the owner for his kind Heart.
The truth is that, not so many people would have easily forgiven this thief, or even Pray for him. In some areas, mobs would have beaten and left him unrecognisable.
This man has proven that there are still good and kind hearted people out there who give room for people to change. Sometimes we should not judge every thief, because some of these thieves are not as lucky as we are, and they go into stealing because that may be the only solution to their problem.
The thief would be definitely surprised that the person whom he stole from, is actually praying for him, and this might prompt him to turn a new leaf.
This is why we all should emulate this kind hearted man.
