Just a few hours ago, a driver at Zenith bank narrated how he arranged the abduction of three bank managers in his place of work.

They admitted receiving the sum of 50 million nairas as ransom from their client and it was shared equally between them.
He said "He graduated from Oghara polytechnic, Delta State. He said he was working as a Driver in Zenith bank at the ogonu branch graduated from Oghara Polytechnic, Delta State. I was working in Zenith Bank Ogonu branch as a driver, but resigned from his work in January 2021, and was arrested for being the leader of the group that abducted three managers in Zenith bank.
He said he started the abduction by kidnapping the first victim that goes by the name of daniel by giving out his location to his member and they carried out the operation for him. Daniel is the zenith branch manager in Warri. And they said they kidnapped him in October of 2020.
He said the victim was in their custody for like a week, he said how he doesn't know how the ransom was discussed and how it was paid, all he can still remember is that when he was given his own money in dollar, after converting his share it was 2.5million naira, the second victim was a woman identified as Iowa, a staff in Zenith bank, Ogonu, Warri Delta state.
He said he was the one that gave out the woman information to his gang members and he cannot the exact time they abducted her but it was the victor and I that planned the operation together. Victor was the one that brought two other guys to join their group and they all worked together to abduct the woman at PTI junction, Warri, Delta State. Victor negotiated for the ransom and 2.5 was given to me as my share.
This woman was also kept in their custody before her ransom was paid, and they released her, then they moved on to the third operation of kidnapping Mrs. Isioma also branch manager at Zenith bank, Efunnun branch. Victor said he was also the one that monitored her deal and he was the one that negotiated with the victim's family to pay the ransom of 20million naira, he said he was the one that went to pick up the money before he was arrested and was his last operation.
Victor Dominic said he was arrested in his own house, that when he was arrested he didn't know his offense until he got to their station and they told him of his involvement in kidnapping people.
He said they were five in numbers, and he confessed that of course, they have a weapon and its AK47 with a cartridge containing 10-15 five ammunition. He said he has involvement with three victims and it all begins in 2020 and 2021.
He said that when it all started they bought two phones, one for conveying the movement of the victims and the other phone to contact the families of thief victims to discuss the price of the ransom.
He said he took the second victim to his own house and contacted his families to discuss the ramson which was to be paid in dollars, and after converted it was 15 million nairas.
The police department has arrested all those kidnappers and they were arrested on different occasions and after a thorough investigation, those people confessed that the money that was made on those 3 victims was 50million naira.
They are in police custody currently and soon their case will be moved to court as the police have promised to make sure they won't leave until they are punished.
