Today, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu commissioned 100 Housing Units at Ikate, Lekki which is situated behind Enyo Filling Station and besides Stillwaters Garden, Elegushi, Lekki. The newly commissioned project consists of 68 terraces of 4 bedrooms with a staff room each and 32 flats of 3 bedrooms with a maid's room each on a total land area of 23,000 square meters.
According to the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his administration upon resumption of office made a promise to partner with the private sector to deliver accommodation to Lagos, the newly commissioned 68 terraces is a fulfillment of the promise.
The project was built by a private sector Bayview Estate, which according to Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu provides affordability and comfort and is known as a joint venture between Lagos State Development and Property Corporation and Misa Limited.
During the commissioning of the project, Governor Sanwo-Olu noted that the project will increase access to available houses in Lagos.
