Wickedness truly lives in the heart of human. Parents should learn to never give out their children to guardians again, owning to the fact that some guardians are just naturally wicked. Obviously, a little girl at Badagry also witnessed this dehumanizing experience in the hand of her guardian.
A young girl of 11-year-old that was living with her guardian at Oropo Community, along Samuel Ekundayo road in Badagry, has been denied humanity by her guardian, as she was constantly subjected to a cruel treatment, abuse and food starvation.
However, members of the community where the little girl was staying with her guardian, took it upon themselves to report the case to the police, after seeing the dehumanizing treatment being given to the little girl by the person she was staying with in the community.
The police immediately swung into action after the report was made and the culprit was apprehended. The issue had gotten to the Police Headquarters in Lagos, and the Department of Gender had equally shown interest in the case.
Obviously, there is assurance that justice will prevail in this case of the 11-year-old girl, but this should serve as a deterrent to parent, who find pleasure in giving out their children to guardians that they should stop this act henceforth.
What can you say about the dehumanizing treatment given to a small girl like this? What do you suggest should be done to the woman (guardian) responsible for this act?
