Bishop David Oyedepo was preaching at the “International Youth Alive Convention” yesterday where he was teaching the youths and those present at the convention the essence of having the Holy Spirit.
He made it known that the Holy Spirit is a spirit of greatness and when someone is filled with the Holy Spirit, the fellow will do exploit and take charge.
He made use of Daniel and Joseph as examples, he said Pharaoh met with Joseph and he handed over the kingdom to Joseph. Same also Nebuchadnezzar, he said when he saw that Daniel was filled with the knowledge of God, he made him the head of everything.
He told the youth that the Holy Spirit will bring change into the life of someone and it will be evident. He said during one of the Shiloh programs, he was talking to the youths and warning them, then someone was seen trying to take what didn’t belong to him and he ran mad immediately.
He said that to show that the Holy Spirit or the presence of God is mighty in the church and people need to honour that and do not act against the wall of God and the church.
