Ex big brother naija housemate, Teseer Waya took to twitter this morning to narrate the emotional turmoil he is passing through due to the high level of unrest in the country. He had apparently woken up from a nightmare, where people were crying and there was heavy gunshot sound in the air.
It is quite unfortunate how a lot of things are not working in Nigeria, even basic things like survival is now a difficult thing, because you can be a good person, with a steady source of income, be a philanthropist that give to the poor, and still get kidnapped in your own home and be killed. It has gotten so terrible that the level of unrest which was previously restricted to the northern part of the country is now everywhere.
While some people are asking for the government to seek international intervention, others are asking that the country be split up, so that everyone can go there separate ways.
Things are so terrible now that almost everyone, including Kiddwaya can barely sleep, because of the impeding dark cloud of hunger, suffering and killing that is surrounding Nigeria. Who will save us?
